Founded in 2008 by current President and CEO John Keogh, New York Temperature Controls (NYTC) is an innovative building controls company headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Specializing in the design, installation and service of custom building automation temperature control systems, NYTC delivers comprehensive, energy optimizing building management solutions. NYTC’s tremendous journey of growth from humble beginnings is attributed to our commitment to provide customers with the best technologies and products available in the industry. As a Johnson Controls Authorized Building Controls Specialist, we are able to do exactly that. Lastly, we believe our job is not done once we’ve designed and installed your building controls, in fact we’re only getting started. We disrupt industry standards by upgrading and servicing installed systems to ensure continuous energy efficiency.

We are implementing systems that create more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable buildings to combat the threat of climate change, while also equipping clients with the tools needed to mitigate the already present effects.
