Primary Function:

​

This position's primary function will include support, submittals, engineering and design.

​

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study preferred; or Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in HVAC or BAS

• 5 Years experience in HVAC/BMS controls

• Ability to multitask effectively between projects.

• Complete all control submittals and review with engineering department prior to submission for compliance with all estimating and contract bid documents.

• Correspondence with Sub-contractors and vendors where required for project related requests.

• Create AutoCAD and Visio Drawings.

• Create intuitive graphical user interfaces for Building Automation Systems.

• Program and configure various types of controllers.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues on installed Building Automation online Systems to ensure proper operation.

• Coordinate with purchasing department for material orders and project schedule.

• General Job specific training will be provided, however individual learning will be required.
