Primary Function:

​

This position's primary function will include service, support, engineering, implementation, and programming.

​

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study preferred; or Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in HVAC or BAS

• 5 Years experience in HVAC/BMS controls

• Knowledge of Niagara AX and/or N4 

• Exceptional PC computing skills 

• DDC Graphical Programming Language. (DX, FX and PCG programmable controllers by Johnson Controls)

• TCP/IP and RS485 BACnet networking technologies experience

• Engineering experience of standard DDC IO signaling and control, control wiring and DDC control routines

• Knowledge of construction, energy conservation, design standards a plus

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on high rise roof-tops
