Originally The Lincoln Building, One Grand Central Place is a 55-story high-rise located at 60 East 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, directly opposite Grand Central Terminal. Built in 1930, this architectural gem is under management by Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) and has undergone substantial upgrades over the years.

NYTC has provided BMS controls for Empire State Realty Trust's (ESRT) building since 2008. Over the past decade, NYTC has continually upgraded and evolved One Grand Central Place's building management system, providing consistent quality service to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
